These are from the Galata Bridge, the fish boats at Eminonu (the far side of the bridge for us), and at the Gullu baklava house, where the owner held up his Baraklava. Mr. President, if you're reading this, the owner says he's bummed you didn't make it to his shop during your recent visit.
